Encourage survivors to remain active and to consult a physical therapist to improve their physical health. It will help with mental health and will extend life expectancy. Not allowing lethargy to impact your mobility and contribute to debilitating aging. Medicare will pay for physical therapy.
Consider your incredible legacies and imagine what you want to leave behind.
You can subscribe to stay up to date and receive emails when new content is published. It will be a bit before I mail something out because I'm still setting up the site.
